COURSE DESCRIPTION: |
An introduction to the theory and practice of two- and three-dimensional modeling and rendering. Mathematical and design concepts will be explored in the lecture room, on the computer, and in the studio. Topics include primitive objects, transformations, curve creation and manipulation, symmetries, surface creation and modification, basic rendering. |
| Prerequisite: | ART(CGI) 221 or MAT 172 together with any hands-on microcomputer course. |
